Refund policy


  • Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once wigs have been opened, worn, styled, cut, colored, or altered in any way.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect wig, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or replacement.
